Step into a freshly refurbished haven! This apartment has undergone a
stunning transformation in May 2024. Bright, spacious and brand new
modern finishes. Located on the Emaar beach front with two balconies
showcasing the breath-taking Dubai Eye, JBR and sea views. This is the
perfect place to unwind & take in the whole city. The lounge and
kitchen are fully equipped and there are two spacious bedrooms. The
main bedroom has a private balcony with spectacular views.
The space
This property is based in a new building called Sunrise Bay and has
Private Beach Access with building facilities such as a pool, gym,
multipurpose room, kids play area and BBQ area. There is also one
parking bay for guest use.
The apartment is spacious & modern with a main bedroom & second
bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and
two balconies, one from the living room & the other for the main
bedroom.
The Palm, Dubai Eye, Burj Al Arab & The Burj Khalifa are within a close
distance! The building is just 5 minutes away from the Marina & JBR and
is 22 minutes away from Dubai International Airport.
Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that once your reservation is confirmed you will also be
automatically charged a Dubai Tourism Tax by Airbnb.
