Staff at the desk were all lovely but the accommodation could be improved upon. As you can expect with this sort of place it’s little more than a cupboard with a reclining seat in it, I felt like they could have done more to make the ‘bed’ comfortable as it was fairly hard. It’s a good place for a couple of hrs rest. Can be noisy sometimes when people are coming and going and the sofa bed it’s hard for me who don’t like hard bed it’s was difficult to sleep. Overall it’s better than staying at a bench in the airport but far from a hotel room. Yet staff was very nice and you can have a cup of coffee before leaving I found that pretty cool.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although a thicker/better quality blanket would have made sleeping more comfortable and would have provided a more premium feel. The men's bathroom was not always stocked with towels to dry hands, but was clean overall. Would recommend to others. It provided a calm and comfortable area to rest during my 11 hour layover in Dubai.
