Everything was fantastic, Americans can learn from Irish hospitality. Easy to walk to anything i wanted to see, Taxi's stage right outside, next to the tram, bus, and train station, literally right there.

Great location

The location to waking distance from everything in the city along with the friendly staff made this a great first trip over the pond. Very happy with our choice for the convenience that was provided.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is minutes walk from Connelly and a 20 minute walk from Croke Park so very convenient. Good, safe and secure nighttime security.

Hotel staff your brilliant we arrived before 9am not expecting to ve able to check in .just went straight there to get our bareing but wwe were able to check in straight away lovely room two doubke bed breakfast room was so besitiful and food and saff were amazing defo stay again

Hotel room we had was dirty. Hairs in the bathtub and over the toilet/counter in the bathroom. Room was hot and window only opened a crack. Having the window open made it very noisy. Rail line went right by the room what seemed to be every 5 minutes between 6:00 to very late. Very bad experience.

Very soft bed - between that & the warm room I didn't sleep much. Hotel is in a bit of a rough area with no parking on site so we had to walk through some homeless encampments. No a/c at this hotel so we had to suffice with a fan. The hotel does have a nice bar & restaurant but not a lot of dining options.

Staff is excellent and rooms were clean. But hotel is located in a very busy and noisy area. Lots of transients outside and rail trains. Hotel is very broken up with numerous stairs up and down. Breakfast room is very nice and excellent staff but food was terrible. Rooms were also very hot and couldn’t leave windows open due to noise and smell of weed being smoked outside. And we did ask for a in a quieter section…

Stay away from room 562. Have to go through a maze of stairs up then down and up again to end up in the attic that this room is located in. Very hot up there no air conditioning, have to lug you luggage up stairs and on thick carpet. Climbing Kerry’s cliffs was more manageable. The area is rough with they even have to add security codes to the washrooms in lobby. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Staff were friendly and that was the silver lining.

The hotel room was quite tired and was a bit of a letdown after looking at the photos on the website. The breakfast options were quite limited and didn't look the best quality. The worst part were the constant groups of noisy drunks gathering outside in the seating area between the hotel and the police station. I wouldn't stay again.
