We had a not so great view of the back roof. The hotel had no AC and the weather was warm so we had the window open and then the kitchen exhaust fan started at 5am. We slept in and missed breakfast that ends at 1030 am. Other than that it was good for an overnight stay. In a nice area.

We stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip to Ireland because of its proximity to the Dublin Airport. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant and lobby are very busy at all hours. They serve a wonderful breakfast which my teen boys loved, high tea in the afternoon, and lots of locals and tourists enjoying the bar. There are several great restaurants across the street and a Lidl grocery next door. We were very happy with our choice of lodging.
