Once you get used to the periodic humming of the Luas the rest of the experience is a lovely townhouse experience close to Steven's green and the Iveagh gardens.

Exactly what we required for our stay in Dublin. Central to city center, great transport, easy walking distance, all staff were very pleasant, coach transfer from Airport to City and visa versa was very simple (once you found the correct bus stop). Overall ticked all the boxes.

The only positive about this place is its location. We booked a room with two beds but were given one with just a double. The room was extremely small, poorly ventilated, and furnished with old, worn-out pieces. The bathroom had a strange smell, and the toilet flush didn’t work. On top of that, the front desk staff were extremely rude and showed little sense of hospitality.

Great Location

The property is comfortable, and has a lot of character. Nice surrounding area, quite and safe. Short walk to main spots. The only thing that didn't like it's that I arrived at 2PM and there was still not a room ready for me, which is unusual in Europe during this time of year.

Everyone we spoke to was helpful/interested except for Ricardo. He didn’t seem to like his job. You should also know this street is filled with nightclubs. They provide earplugs (as your windows need to be opened) but the taxi horns and partiers will wake you up around 3am. The room was small but cozy.

Great guesthouse just noisy at the front. .

Lovely guesthouse in convenient area- about 15-20mins walk into centre.we were able to reach everything easily. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast at the hotel 2 doors down was fabulous!.Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue unfortunately was the noise from the metro right outside the window - I know this is not the guesthouse fault but if you are a light sleeper like myself then be prepared if you are at the front like we were.It runs from 5am ish until 1am ish every 10 mins and it is literally outside the window!!!!! The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a basement room after the first night but this was still at the front so still noisy. If you are a deep sleeper then you will have a lovely stay- opt for a room at the back of the house!! Everything else was great- I am only saying to make people aware as I didn't realise when booking up.we couldn't fault anything else- it was lovely.

Great Stay

We had room 12 which a huge spacious suite - the lounge area was large and had tv and coffee making facilities and then you popped upstairs to the open plan bedroom overlooking the lounge - amazing! would have been nice to have had a street view - but then it was quiet and peaceful at the back :) - would 100% recommend as location was perfect for everything we wanted!!!
