During our stay, the breakfast buffet never changed. The hot water for the packet oatmeal was cold… the gravy in the Non NSF crockpot with a broken lid so they put a paper plate over the top of it. On all 5 days Which could’ve been an easy fix for 25 bucks at Walmart!! the toaster would not toast bread. And what was the most shocking was that the boiled eggs/hard-boiled eggs did not have a lid on them. I find this very unsanitary. men with beards and women with long flopping hair sheds… I found many health violations just on the breakfast alone We went up to the breakfast lounge area around 6:30 at night to talk business. And the lobby and the hallways stunk so bad like somebody was cooking some nasty onion food. We complained about the odor…. I guess you can cook while at offiice-Counter desk to my surprise if you wanted to, but to make the whole Hotel lobby stink is disrespectful.

Some of the carpet was old and needed repair/replacing in the elevators and stairs. It could use a patch and paint job in common areas as well. Staff was very polite and changed my room as the one I was in smelled like cigarettes.

They gave me the worst room ever. It was isolated room beside the floor bathrooms and utility room. The AC worked but lots of noises that kept me up all night but I was too not feeling good enough to ask them to change the room as I had fever. But they shouldnt even let this room to any guests! Highly not recommended!!!

It is our second time staying in this location and we absolutely love it! The room and amenities especially the Continental breakfast were great.
