The lobby is on the 2nd floor. There is a ramp if you have luggage but it is not clearly marked. Rooms numbered 100 are down a level from the lobby. There is a small elevator that is not clearly marked or easy to find. The room was clean. No view. All the basics. The breakfast buffet was typical, nothing special. Lobby help had a thick foreign accent. Was hard to understand. Why don't they understand that if you are dealing with customers you must be able to speak clearly and have no thick accent? Working staff, maids, etc. were kind and helpful. One had to help me down stairs with my luggage to get to my room because I couldn't find the elevator. Don't know if I would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay before flying out of Dublin. The room was a little like a cruise ship but it’s just what we needed. Service in the casual bar/restaurant was great. We didn’t leave the hotel so not sure if there is much else to do in the area but the free shuttle to our terminal was very quick in the morning.

Nice hotel, but in need of modernising and renovation. The heating system is outdated, room was cold upon arrival and until the central heating was turned on later. Breakfast was night… but buffet items cold. Scrambled egg was overcooked and the bacon (which is good quality) was soggy rather than crisp / grilled. The shuttle bus is handy, but was full when I tried to use it at 11:30am

I have found the accommodations clean comfortable and the staff helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The nearness to the airport is another big advantage. We stay there every time we are arriving in Ireland and when leaving.
