Really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my daughter and her family. We had 2 family rooms. Good size. Bed were good. Bathroom lovely. Food good, drinks were expensive but other than that we had a great time. Parking was great

Unhygienic Washroom with Mould Issues

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the washroom. The tiles had visible mould, which gave the bathroom an unclean and unhygienic feel. This is not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard, and it made the stay uncomfortable. Proper cleaning and maintenance are clearly needed. I hope management addresses this issue promptly so that future guests don’t have the same experience.

i stayed with my wife and adult daughter. i liked the ease of parking and check in process. we did not like the horrible smell coming from the bathroom. it smelled of foul rag and urine. reception was contacted and informed of smell. the next day, it was resolved. on the first night, the 4 center caps of my vehicle's wheels were stolen from the rear parking lot near the smoking area. i paid for parking in advance. upon my departure, my validation ticket that was provided no longer worked. i asked reception. they were apologetic and said it was corrected. unfortunately, the new ticked did not work either. i paid at the exit and left the property.

Run down & paper-thin walls. Fine for a short stay

Actually kind of gross. When we got our room it still had the ionizer in it and there was mould all around the seals of the bath, the toilet clogged and brown, sticky substances on the floor. I went to the front desk and they changed our room immediately, albeit not the one we'd paid for. At that time of night I just wanted to sleep, so I said okay. That room wasn't much better. Granted, no sticky floor, but there was still mould around the bath seals and the sink didn't drain properly even at low speeds. If I'd have been staying longer I'd honestly have just gone elsewhere. The walls were paper thin, and for some reason, every person staying at the hotel decided they were going to yell and shout and scream all the way down the hall, so I barely slept. The location is decent, but with Ireland's banning of Uber, be prepared to pay a good 30 euros to travel 15 minutes into town. A very middle of the road option that honestly had me wondering why I didn't just go with a Premier Inn equivalent.

The general cleanliness of the room was very insufficient. Since there was no ventilation, we unfortunately had to keep the window open every night, and a lot of noise came from outside. The noise from the road and the conversations of other guests disturbed us during sleeping hours. There was a constant wind noise in the corridor, and the room door kept making noise because of the wind. Even though we requested cleaning, the floors especially the bathroom were not cleaned properly. The room cleaning only consisted of replacing towels and tidying up the bed sheets.

Parking lot was always full which made it difficult to park car at times. Seemed like half their lot was being used by coach buses for parking. This hotel presented a great value for not staying in downtown Dublin. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
