November Trip

We were on our way home from 8 days in Ireland and North Ireland and needed to find a hotel with easy access to Dublin airport - and have a car park and be within walking distance of several restaurants. This hotel met our needs nicely. .

Clean, new hotel with good service to Dub airport

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are large and bright, and their is a shuttle which takes less than 15 minutes to get to the airport and cost 1 euro per person. There is also transit service to downtown Dublin available. The restaurant, although it doesn't have a lot of atmosphere, provided an excellent meal with very good service. I would stay there again. The only problems we encountered was the deadbolt to the room didn't close so I had to put a chair in front of the door and there was only scalding hot water in the bathroom.

I spent one night at the hotel as my flight home was very early in the morning!! Staying here made it very convienient as it was so close to the airport!! The staff was courteous and very helpful!!! Thank you M.Coady

Good hotel5 minutes from airport. Wonderful front desk staff. the major issue was the poor internet service which was supposed to be free but you had to pay for and then, did not work well in room. You had a better chance of reception in the lobby.

I FIND THE HOTEL IS WELL SITUATED TO ALLOW ME TO ATTEND THE SHOW CENTRE. I HAVE EATEN IN THE HOTEL AND IT WAS FINE. THIS TIME I FOUND THE BEDS TO BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND I ACTUALLY HAD A SORE BACK FOR MOST OF THE DAY.

The phone in the room was only good for room to room calls. I had local phone calls to make to family and had to ask to use the phone at front desk. Not convenient and not private. There was no public phone in the lobby either.

Great hotel close to airport

This was our stopping point as we had an early morning flight out of Dublin the next morning. I have no complaints about the hotel... very comfortable, inviting, and very convenient to the airport. Dinner in the restaurant was great as well.

Last night before leaving Ireland. hotel close to airport & within walking distance of shopping (although did not). Appreciated the airport shuttle. Bar/lounge very noisy, service a little slow. Meal was offered in dining room in which we did not partake.

Rooms where beautiful beds so comfortable and the bathroom was so clean,all in all a wonderful 2 night stay and the price from expedia was amazing compared to the price they where charging when we arrived in Swords

Nice for the Price

Overall a good stay here. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but at least it was clean. Also, Free WiFi is only 30 minutes in your room, free if you are in the lobby, but they charge you 3 euros to use the computer for 1 hour.

Good place - BUT!

After a month in Ireland at some of the most out of the way B and Bs and self catering places, the Premier Hotel is the very first place that does not provide free WiFi. Well okay, they give 30 minutes but not 30 minutes of cumulative use just 30 minutes from your first login. No matter what else they offer we would not recommend the location with that very poor attitude of customer service so far behind even little places in Donegal County.

Convenient and pleasant

Pleasant stay close to airport. Shuttle bus ran to airport for 1 euro per person, but dropped at bus lot - so you had to walk to terminal - just allow for that time. Clean room, comfortable beds. Hotel staff was friendly. Starbucks, TGI Fridays and another local "bar food" type of restaurants within walking distance if choose not to eat at hotel.

Great location - close to airport and local buses to/from city. Has a regular (every half hour) shuttle bus to/from airport for 1 euro per person.
