Very modern easy check in and near Tram stop into city. Rooms comfortable abs well appointed however room service was poor, days not done one day half done. Asked for Milk refill never arrived . Needs work on that front otherwise good .

Both room and staff. No access whatsoever to the AC, it is centrally controlled. Brought the issue to the manager, he promised to give us a refund of the 50 euros they charged us for early check in. Which was already a scam btw; the room is there ready waiting for you but they won’t let do an early check in if you don’t pay 50 euros! After promising the refund would go through, it of course didn’t and I sent 2 emails that got ignored: They are straight up just ghosting me.

We checked in early and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Quiet location, but had to ride shares to get to most places we were visiting during our stay - not walking distance.

On check in the room was not clean, there were hairs on the toilet floor where clearly someone had shaved (previous occupant), along with this there was also a large stain on the bedsheets. We raised this with reception and was told that they’d get housekeeping to do a “full service” to clean the room. When we returned, all that had been done was the bed was made and towels had been replaced but no cleaning whatsoever. We informed reception of this and was greeted with the right words apologising but clearly no intention to rectify the problem, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff...Check in was long and difficult and very unfriendly. A friend contacted the hotel to arrange wine in the room for the birthday girl. She was told this was not possible.Very disappointing.

The food in the restaurant was awful. We had a phone call at 5.20am in the morning saying our breakfast was ready for 5.30am. We did not order breakfast!! The man was so rude and told me ive been charged for it. When we complained to management theh said rooms can ring each room and it must have been a prank call.... how did they know my name then!! Arrogant manager on the saturday with no sorry just full of excuses. Wouldnt stay here again!!
