Rooms are located in Dubrovnik, less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Lapad Bay and the Old Town.

Public parking is available with additional fee of 17 euros per day. Reservation is not possible.

This lovely double room with sea view is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower and toilets.

The part of the town, where the rooms are located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 200 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment, Bellevue beach/Libertas beach or many more of them in Lapad Bay.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
