My wife and I stayed here for 3 days over our anniversary. WOW! What an incredible gem this place is! From the check in with Andrea, to the room, to the beautiful sea view and the bottle of champagne and chocolates left for us for our anniversary, truly "par excellence". The staff was all wonderfully helpful and we will certainly be staying here again when we are back in Dubrovnik. Cannot recommend enough. The complimentary coffee, snack, drink bar was a lovely touch too!

Sea Rocks is a hidden gem with the best view in Dubrovnik. Me and my husband said multiple times throughout our stay how happy we were that we found and booked Sea Rocks for the start of our honeymoon. Every amenity you could need is provided and the staff are exceptional as well. It is conveniently located close to Pile gate and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik but still manages to be a quiet peaceful retreat. I hope to be back soon!!

Andrea greeted us upon arrival and was great about coordinating our stay! the location and property were beyond impressive. better than staying in a hotel!!!! everything was clean, very stylish, very accommodating and the location is EVERYTHING! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR STAY HERE. we used 2 rooms and it was perfection. seriously, don't look at any other options.

Gorgeous property beautifully decorated, just steps from the Pile Gate, yet tucked away in a quiet location overlooking the sea. Meticulously clean and maintained, with special touches, such as waters, soft drinks and snacks available all day in the common area. Book in advance to get a room at this beautiful property. Everyone was beyond amazing— the staff friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. Andrea helped us with restaurant reservations and sent champagne and chocolates to the room on the day of the birthday celebration. The hotel itself is beyond clean and in the most amazing area of Dubrovnik. The views are breathtaking. An absolute must for anyone visiting the city

Beautiful recently renovated 6-room boutique hotel directly on an alcove of the Adriatic Sea. A 2 minute walk to the Pile Gate of the old city and the St Lawrence Castle. An ideal location. We had a room with a direct sea view which was fabulous. There was a large patio with a sitting area directly next to our room which was great. The 2 young women at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our time at Sea Rocks Residence and highly recommend it.

Sea Rocks is amazing beyond words. We have been blessed to have stayed in great 5 star hotels over many years…we were blown away by this charmer! Sea Rocks thought of every need and want. There are not enough good words to say about Andrea and Sea Rocks, so I will just say we literally cannot wait to get back to Dubrovnik and Sea Rocks…would never think of staying anywhere else!

Croatia Road Trip September 2024

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. For any big Game of Thrones fans the rooms look out on to Kings Landing. The communication was superb from the booking through to check-in and departure. Sea Rocks arranged our transport from the Ferry Port and also to the airport for our return journey home. They regularly sent us updates regarding our check-in and the lady who showed us to our room was lovely. We had the largest room which is on the top floor. It was huge with views across the Adriatic sea. There was a mini fridge which we would help ourselves to at no extra cost and they even left us some fresh flowers, a welcome card, a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit. The bed and bedding was by the far the best of all the places we stayed. The accommodation is just outside of Pile Gate but you don't hear any noise at all. There is a communal room in the basement where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks etc throughout the day. We saw so many people within the walls lugging suitcases up and down all the stairs - if you stay here you won't need to do this at all. We really cannot recommend this place enough. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Words cannot express how amazing this property is! 2 balconies to enjoy, a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, fresh, beautiful decor, well laid out, just stunning! And the location!!!!! Where people come all day and night to take pictures is literally where the balconies face! Easy to get to with very few steps. I felt it was the most beautiful location in the entire city and we had the privilege of staying there!
