It has a quiet and private courtyard, 2 level terraces in the back, landscaped with mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture. It is a perfect place for rest in the shade. The entire house was fully renovated 2015 year, with modern conveniences and furniture, while using traditional materials to preserve its historic character. The bedroom has a large bed, with 2 twin-sized mattresses joined together and a wardrobe closet. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven and a small table for 2. The living room has a dining table for 6, a queen-sized futon/sofa (sleeps 2), one sized futon/chair (sleeps 1) and a wardrobe closet. There is a bathroom with shower. The kitchen and bathroom face the courtyard terrace and back entrance. The living room and bedroom have seafront views.
