This is a good 4 star property but falls short of a 5 star rating. The property itself is good but let down by poor management and staff. It is big and impersonal, and guests are not made to feel special. Cleanliness around the pool and pool managment is poor. Tennis courts are poorly maintained and gym poorly equipped. There is just a lack of attention to detail. I raised with managment but issues were brushed aside

The pictures on expédia undersold this property. It is beautiful! We had a balcony with ocean view. The scenery is gorgeous. Mountains in the back, clear water in the front. Flowers and trees everywhere! The pool was big (maybe a bit too deep for my liking: 5 feet everywhere so not ideal for kids). There is a long promenade between the beach and the hotel, full of restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir stores and plenty of water sports. The room was clean and a good size (double sinks, bath and shower in the bathroom) and they have a nice buffet breakfast selection. I highly recommend it!

Gorgeous, modern, airy hotel overlooking spectacular bay. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access by Uber into Dubrovnik 10 mins) Spacious lovely bedroom, comfy bed, great rollaway bed. *Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Dubrovnik* I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Dubrovnik, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were truly exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The resort was impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and facilities. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in its upkeep. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the ancient city not too far away. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The location within Mlini is great, very relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms are very big and amazing views. However, the hotel seemed a little over crowded, very busy at breakfast - the omelet server is positioned in a very inconvenient location during breakfast, I found it a little over whelming so many people waiting around the servery for an omelet that I could not get to the standard cooked breakfast. The best option is for the waiters to take the guests orders for an omelet at their table during breakfast, this would minimise the number of people standing around the breakfast servery. AC was also noisy in the evening kept waking up because of a knocking noise that was intermittent. Hotel amenities were great, it was also great that we had other restaurants near the hotel for other option.
