VILLA SENADA - DUBROVNIK AREA
Located in the coastal town of Lozica close to Dubrovnik, Villa Senada is a lovely seafront villa with an outdoor pool, beach access and a fitness room. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance of the villa, and the nearest shops are 2.5 km away. Dubrovnik, with its ancient sea-facing walls and historical centre, is 7 km away.
Villa Senada (500 sqm) develops over two levels connected by a staircase.
The entrance to the villa takes you into an elegant foyer with a well-equipped fitness room next door.
A marble staircase takes you to the lower level, where you will find a chic living room (with double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, and TV) and a state-of-the-art kitchen (with a custom-made table seating 12 people).
In the sleeping area, you will find five double bedrooms (with king-size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (three with a shower and two with a tub and shower). Please note that the tubs are located in the bedrooms (next to bathroom area).
Outside, you will find a shady terrace with an outdoor pool (26 sqm; open when the villa is available for booking), a relaxation area (with sun loungers and outdoor sofa) and an outdoor dining area (with table seating 12). A stone staircase leads you to a pebble beach where you can swim, and the pier is dotted with lounge chairs and docks for boats (up to 15m).
