This loft, known as the `King Rich` has 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including a master suite with electric fireplace, tv, and jacuzzi tub), plus a bonus den/game room, shuffleboard table, and DVD player with a DVD library to pick from. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area make this loft a great place to enjoy a romantic getaway or a fun, family adventure. Soaring ceilings up to 16` add to the sense of space and luxury. Thoughtful touches like a kitchen stocked with dining & cookware, modern furnishings, and plush linens make this space feel like home.

You might not ever leave the loft, but if you do, there are tons of walkable amenities, free on-street parking all around the building, and you`re just a short drive to everything you can`t walk to. You`re just steps away from restaurants, a craft brewery, salon, ice-cream shop, coffee shops, 4th street historic district, shopping, Creative Adventure Lab, Grand Harbor waterpark, Mississippi River, Diamond Jo Casino, and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.

Free on-street parking surrounds the building. Entertainment district and families activities are just a short walk (2-10 minutes).

The King Rich loft was built in 2020, so it`s basically brand new, housed within a building from 1905. You`ll get all the best modern-day amenities packaged in a unique, historic atmosphere unlike anything else. Every brick, knick, and beam in this loft tells a story and guests have described the loft as `clean and soulful.`

This loft is one of just 3 in a mixed-use building that also houses offices, a creative play center, and coworking space.

There are professional offices and other businesses who share the building with this loft. Please keep this in mind when using this space and keep noise to a reasonable level. This loft is great for hosting events, like family gatherings or business retreats (it has a wide-open kitchen/living/dining area, seats 12 at the dining table, and has a game room) but please be courteous of other people in the building by keeping noise levels appropriate and asking your guests to remain inside of the loft when visiting you. If you like your music or shows at a loud volume, please consider using headphones.
