Very easy check n and out. Staff is very helpful and always available. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Everything was spotless in the rooms and general areas. Very reasonably priced.

No elevator. So we had lump our bags up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was disappointing. I hadn’t expected much, and got exactly what I expected. Couldn’t beat the price though. We were looking for a cheap getaway. So that was the biggest plus here.

Terrible customer service throughout.

My travelling companion uses continuous oxygen, and when we opened the door to the partially underground room, we immediately smelled mold. We asked for a room on an upper floor and were told none was available. We were told we couldhave a refund. I asked for something in writing and the front desk said we'd have to work with Expedia. I have been working with Expedia, and they're saying there's not much they can do. The entire experience has been terrible. I don't why it's not possible to get a refund for an uninhabitable room
