Welcome to our charming stone villa in Jesenice, just a few kilometres from Split and Omiš. The holiday home combines rustic character with modern comfort and offers the perfect retreat for those who appreciate peace, nature and sea views.



The accommodation features two cosy bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Natural stone and wood give the house its special character, while amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, and washing machine guarantee modern comfort. A sofa bed in the living room allows accommodation for up to six people.



From the private terrace, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding nature. Here you will find an outdoor dining area, lounge furniture and a grill. In the outdoor area, you can also expect a private pool with sea view, a sun terrace with loungers, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen - ideal for relaxed hours with family or friends.



The property is partially enclosed and offers two private parking spaces directly at the house. For families, a baby bed is available upon request.



The next beach and the sea are approximately 3.5 km away. Shops, restaurants and the centre can be reached within a few minutes' drive.
