The room was obviously not cleaned, there was a sock left on the floor from the previous person staying there and the coffee pot was dirty. We checked out before our stay was over. I am going to be requesting a refund.

The room felt neglected. The light in the bedroom did not work. Room was extremely cold, and since the light didn’t work, we couldn’t see the heating unit to turn the light on. Clocks were not set to the right time, which is not a big deal, just indicative that the room was not attended to before our stay.

Staff were accommodating and friendly, no issues there. Linens were all dirty, made me question bed bugs when saw a few blood spots. Pool filthy milky white by end of weekend. Breakfast was good. A decent stay but not 5 stars is all. Older facility and accoutrements.

It is a decent place to stay. Parking was a bit odd and somehow we got one bar or soap to use for body wash and hand wash. The breakfast was lacking, unless you wanted a waffle. Otherwise the room was fairly decent, only complaint with that was the shower head was at about 5'5". Staff was very friendly.

Plenty of free parking. Entrance to check in was a steep set of stairs. There is an entrance ramp at the far end of the building, but that is also a long walk and fairly steep. Not a great option for those who have mobility issues. Room was updated and clean. Bed was so-so. Only 2 pillows. Check in staff was extremely friendly.

This place was ok. It is close to Spirit Mountain and close to the south end of the Superior Hiking Trail. The bed was pretty comfy and We slept well after hiking.

I really don't like giving low ratings but our room was not clean. The tub had long hairs in it. There was no toilet paper on the roll when we got in. There was hair on the back of the toilet with what looked like a new roll. Open the new roll to find it. Had purple cleaner all over it. The sink area was not wiped off. There was dust everywhere. There was multiple dirty rolled up socks and food in the refrigerator. The housekeeping supervisor was very apologetic and helpful and I do appreciate that.
