Great location, would be happy to choose it again. My bed was a standard “super extra firm” mattress - a bit too hard for me. I couldn’t get the tv to work (it turned on fine but just said “no signal” on the screen) and when I called the front desk for assistance they had no idea how to help.

I have a reservation here and was called by the front desk staff the night before offering free cancellation due to their pool being unexpectedly closed. I thought this was a kind gesture, however, I needed to work with Expedia and they assured me that Expedia would call them and they would just need to confirm cancellation. Expedia tried calling the number listed several times with no answer. I also tried calling 2 separate numbers with no answer and now receive a “your call cannot be completed as dialed”. I contacted the hotel customer service and they were also unable to get a hold of the front desk. They gave me an email to contact and stil have yet to receive a call. I have since been charged for my 2 rooms I never did check into as well as 2 other rooms that I rebooked for that evening elsewhere…

The room has no exhaust fan in the bathroom and streams up with water everywhere. Mold in corners and on floor in bthrm. Black mold in window area. Stains on carpet. Beds were hard and sheets and pillow cases thin. No one has vacuumed behind the TV stand in ages. Pool area out of order for the wknd. Definitely needs a redo. The breakfast staff really worked hard at keeping the area clean ana food available. Would not stay again.

We were given a different room than what we’d booked and paid for; the hot tub wall tiles were crumbling in some places; the pool hand rail was pretty wobbly; our bathroom door looked like it had been chewed up by a dog; overall maintenance looked like it’s been neglected; the biscuits for breakfast one morning were still slightly frozen. It was a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t book here again.
