Welcome to Holiday Home Seeadler at Dümmer am See – your private retreat right by the water. This spacious 200 m² home with stunning lake views accommodates up to 10 guests, ideal for families, groups of friends, or relaxing getaways in nature.



Start your day with coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake, or take a short boat ride to the village bakery, which even has its own dock.



What awaits you: 200 m² of living space for up to 10 guests, 5 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a large living and dining area with lake view, balcony and terrace by the water, plus a private garden with barbecue.



The private dock offers direct access to the lake. For memorable moments, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 1 rowboat, and 2 hammocks are available by the water. Begin your morning with a boat ride for fresh rolls, enjoying breakfast with a lake view—an unforgettable experience. Alternatively, reach the village by the provided bicycle.



A special highlight is the private sauna with a large panoramic window and lake view, located right by the water and available for use for an extra charge.



The house is fully equipped for a relaxing stay: kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable TV and video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, workspace for home office, baby cot and high chair, playground, and parking at the house. Pets are welcome on request and for an extra charge.
