The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were out all day. Got back to the room; no tv. The young man on duty came right over and took care of the problem immediately.

My overall rating was good, the reason was the horrible breakfast they offered. I like the convenience of breakfast and pay extra for that, the automated pancakes were plastic like and no flavor. The coffee was from an automated machine and not good either. I left and got breakfast somewhere else. The staff and cleanliness were excellent.

The property is fine within itself I stay here regularly. only thing for me is the occasional late night pseudo hot rodding on 81 no real horsepower just noise but hey that’s life in the big city it is the same at any of the hotels on 81 so you can ding them for that

We stayed a night in Duncan for an event, found this one and wasn’t sure at first but the rating made me go ahead and stay here for the price of the room and the cleanliness I was pleased, its a little older property but seems to be well maintained, I would 100% stay here again.

Nice cool room upon arrival

Check-in was easy, staff was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower had a good shower head that wasn't stingy with the water. Refrigerator worked well. A/C was turned on and room was nice and cool when we got there, which was so nice on a hot day.

The staff was very accommodating and nice but the room was in need of a lot of attention. The room is musty and moldy smelling. There is no ventilation and the carpet felt wet all the time. I got a non smoking room but I could smell cigarettes from the vent in the bathroom.
