Requested earlier check in and staff were able to accommodate and good service. No air conditioning in the room as broken, but there was a little electric heater that did the job. Bathroom very clean, Loved the bath tub and very powerful shower. The room was generally clean, but could really do with a deep clean to remove dust. Had to clean along headboard myself as very dusty. Overall was lovely & would stay again.

Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. We won't be returning to what was once a wonderful hotel with great staff.
