This is such an amazing hotel in the heart of Dunedin City Centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for what to explore. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the room tastefully furnished, the bed very comfortable. Couldn't fault the room. We liked the location of the property, an easy walk to down town but far enough out to be able to get a carpark. Especially good that the hotel is in a repurposed office building. Perhaps the hallway carpets could be cleaned.
