When we got there she switched our room.. I thought maybe the other room key, the room was cleaned.. but, when we got into the room, the toilet was full, shower curtain pulled back.. all like the room had not been cleaned. I called front desk, no return call. we had been driving through bad weather and ready for bed. Also in the morning, the breakfast dining room, people there without shirts and barefoot.. felt very unclean to us. The bed and shower were nice. The lady at the desk not very welcoming.

Initial impression on entrance was great. Professional, helpful staff. That quickly changed. Room was clean enough, but had massive amounts of stains on the ceilings. Surrounding area for this hotel is questionable with trashy people and what we would assume to be psychiatric issues (talking, screaming, singing and slapping themselves) walking all hours of the day and night. Night shift staff were sitting outside smoking a joint when we got back to the hotel. We don't care if you do it, just don’t want to walk through it and smell it on ourselves an hour later because it was that much of a stench. We will not be coming back.

I arrived like 1.5 hrs before check in time but they front desk agent allowed me to check in early. All the staff was super freindly and helpful. Breakfast was good, they offered more than just the normal continental breakfast. Lobby was clean, inviting and smelled great. There are a few areas that could use some attention in the room, like the ironing board cover, the hand smudges on the walls and bathroom door frame, lamp shade and sitting chair had lots of stains and smudges on it. The gym was small but nice. I didnt like that someone was knocking on my door at 930am asking me about checking out or staying over when check out is not until 11am. I did call the front desk about and the guy was super apologetic even when i was checking out out he was very nice, smiling and apologizing. The new general manager was there and apologized for the incident as well. All in all it was a pleasent stay and I'd stay there again.
