Beautiful place to stay. The check in and check out process was very easy. My boys, ages 11 and 13, loved the bunk bed room. The place was very clean. The kitchen has every pot and pan and utensil you need to cook. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place

We stayed a week with our dog and thought that this was one of the best properties we have rented over the years. The condo is in excellent condition and very well furnished. We hope to be back next year.

Wonderful townhome

We loved our stay here. Very close to Purgatory ski resort and a wonderfully quiet area. You could see all the stars at night! The house had everything you could want as far as kitchen appliances and amenities as well as comforts throughout. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location for a short family getaway; appointed with all the right amenities and space for a visit to the mountains. Loved the corner unit and made it easy to park our truck with UTV. From the ease of access to the communication with the property this was a wonderful place!

This property is exactly as described and perfect for a friends getaway. You’ll wish this condo was yours and it felt like home! We visit couple of times a year in this area and hope to snag this one again in the future.

Lovely place -- Great stay!

This is a very nicely appointed condo. It is really well decorated, very comfortable and has lots of nice touches (and everything we needed). I loved the king sized bunk beds and the kitchen is fabulous! I'm a very light sleeper and the heaters make a bit of noise so we had to turn the thermostats down at night -- otherwise this was a perfect stay.

Christmas Family ski trip

My family of 4 adults and small dog stayed in this VRBO. It was in a great location to the Purgatory Ski Resort and less than 30 mins to Durango. It was a great size for all of us to hangout and relax after busy day skiing and snowmobiling tour. The communication with host was great and quick to respond. The home was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Definitely recommend staying here for convenience to Purgatory Resort.

Everything was so clean and well organized with everything you need, even dog bowls . They have sleds and all the hair products (even Aveda) etc you need as well. We’ll be back for sure.

The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked including basic spices, storage containers, cleaning supplies and everything you would need to make meals, plus a nice dishwasher. I enjoyed using the large copper kitchen sink. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The three bathrooms were spacious and well stocked including nice towels. We did not use the fireplace or the hot tub but both appeared to be very nice. This is a great location between Durango and Silverton. There are some small lakes nearby as well as a convenience store and gas station. The large TV’s were a nice touch as well as the coffee station. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family would definitely recommend and would stay here again. We came in the summer but would be an amazing location for winter and skiing. We walked to the Nugget twice for lunch. My kids loved the trails for hiking right behind the complex. We sat out on the patio every evening. Highly recommend!

The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals including a fun coffee area. The 3 king beds (one bunk bed) was comfortable with nice pillows and blankets. The washer and dryer was available for guest use. We did not use the fireplace nor the hot tub but both appeared to be very nice. We felt safe staying here and the views of the mountains were great. This is a fun place to stay if you are visiting Durango but you don’t want to stay in town. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo across from the lodge was perfect for the wedding festivities of my daughter's college roommate. We were close by but could escape to our beautiful and quiet accommodations. I have one suggestion. The morning sunrise was spoiled by the dirt and grime on the sliding doors to the deck. I would have cleaned them myself but we were too busy with wedding jobs. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great Town House!

We normally stay at a different place up the road from the silverpick but they do not allow pets. Their loss our gain as this place is much newer and very well equipped. Plenty of room and close to everything we do. The price was very comparable and the townhouse was very spacious unlike other places we have stayed. We will book again in the future. The management company was very easy to work with and very good about keeping in touch with us, very nice to have good channel of communication.

Comfortable and well equipped

The condo was comfortable and perfect for our ski vacation. We really enjoyed the wood stove and appreciated the ample supply of wood. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The wifi was great with no drop outs and strong signal throughout the home. The streaming options on the tv were also great. There were only two things we noted that could be improved. One is that we found some items such as utensils, coffee pot, dog bowls, etc. weren’t completely clean. This is likely due to the dishwasher not doing a great job. The other issue was that snow removal around the property isn’t great and we had to do more shoveling than is typical in our experience at ski condos. These are relatively minor inconveniences however and didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the stay.
