Awesome lovely 2nd floor apartment. Kind of a small studio setup, and the spiral staircase leading to the front door takes some getting used to. Also, golf course mowing starts around 7AM each weekday and earlier on weekends. It was extremely clean and perfect for the two of us. Close to Purgatory and about 15 minutes out of downtown Durango.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Spacious kitchen which was better stocked than most rentals which was much appreciated. The condo is exactly as pictured and thoughtfully decorated. There is a spiral staircase up to reach the condo but it is in the rental description- handy to know. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is a nice condo, in a beautiful and quiet development. Lots of amenities like access to a really nice physical fitness center. Bed was comfortable, enough room in the condo for two with being crowded. Host was responsive to emails. Only con is the unit is on the second floor and you have trouble with stairs, this might be something you want to consider. You will have to carry your luggage up a spiral staircase to get it in the room. Not a problem for most but I understand it could be for some. I would definitely stay here again.
