Location!!

Great location! There were 2 couples in our group, but the condo would also be perfect for a family. Secure parking was a plus as was the walkability to the train station, restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Had a nice stay. Was able to walk to most of the places where we met family and friends. I accidentally made the mistake of booking through VRBO instead of the Vacation Rental Collective, a $300 mistake. I’ll be more careful in the future.

Weekend with friends

Our stay in downtown Durango was great. The condo was just as advertised. Booking was easy as was communication with manager. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The condo was clean, lovely, and well appointed. The view from the living room was great. The condo was right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The garage parking was secure. We will stay in this condo again.

Great place to stay!

The condo was one of the cleanest we've ever rented! We were with our two teenage grandchildren, and we appreciated many things about the condo: the starter packets of supplies, the high quality bathroom products, the wonderfully comfortable beds and linens, the views from the windows, the great downtown location, the well stocked kitchen.Thank you! I will say that having to enter codes for several doors just to get in the condo was annoying, but we became somewhat accustomed to that as the week progressed. I needed to contact the manager of the property twice and really appreciated the quick response. I definitely recommend this condo!

We would definitely stay here again. The location is great. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of glassware and silverware. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of linens. Property manager was quick to help us with our questions. Great week in Durango!

Great Condo and location

Our condo we stayed in was excellent and VERY clean. Lots of room and a great location! The beds were very comfortable also. We loved that we could walk to town and not have to drive our cars everytime. Our only complaint was the trash right off the elevator was full all the time and had a terrible odor and the elevator floor where people had spilled things was there all week and never mopped or cleaned. But I would highly recommend the condo we stayed in and we were with friends and had the extra visitors parking for the second car in covered parking garage with codes.

Best Location!

We brought our 19 and 16-year-old granddaughters for an escape from Texas heat! We loved the location, great dining options were within walking distance and fabulous. We only had to walk across the street to the train station. Could not have been a better spot! Communication with the management was superb.

Fantastic week-long stay

Great location in downtown Durango close to restaurants, shops and the train station. Loved the keyless entry that enabled all 6 of us to enter and use the elevator. Also loved the natural light in the bathroom as well as the patio, bunk beds for the kids, the comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Could not have been more pleased with this condo. Staff was great to work with.

Perfect Durango Location

This spot is great for staying in downtown Durango with plenty to do in walking distance. Access in and out is super easy and safe. I would certainly stay here again if I make it back to Durango.

The location in downtown Durango was great, and the unit itself was really nice. Clean, well-appointed, plenty of room. Having secure parking in the garage was an excellent perk too, so we could leave our ski stuff in the car overnight.
