The check-in process wasn't very efficient. Concert day and they only had 3 people checking in a line of people. The king deluxe room is apparently just a standard room according to the front desk, so no, there are NOT robes and slippers with those rooms, even if you're paying around $300 per night. Even though hotels.com advertised the room as having those items, the hotel courtesy desk wouldn't make good for a one- night stay. Kinda pathetic and cheap. Not good customer service.

Everything was excellent. Staff was beyond politeness. Clean hotel also. Would recommend staying here. I’m a handicap person and they were very helpful with anything. From valet to checking out. I mainly went for a concert but my friends and I stayed for some fun.

Clean room. Great steakhouse (1832). Smoke-free wing is large. However, they have extremely soft water, making it all but impossible to completely rinse off soap and shampoo. Honestly, it feels gross, almost slimey
