Nice hotel

Clean, very good staff, good breakfast But the only thing that i did not like the internet. Free internet can be used only in the looby. In the roooms there was no free internet connection.

Serves its purpose

I went there by default. I had a 24 hour stop over in Dussledprf. It just so happened that all the hotels near the airport and central town were booked our. This hotel took 1 hour to the airport by public transport. I was desperate for accommodation, otherwise I would not have stayed there. The hotel is a large complex. No Wi Fi in the rooms. Not much attraction near the hotel. I had to walk 20 minutes to find a supermarket. Staff were helpful. Good if you have a car. But very expensive accommodation. Perhaps that's Dussledorf but London was cheaper and that says a lot.

The only option i found

Less than average no slippers at room they told me you should buy it from us or bring your own internet is included in reservation but they said I have to pay for it no air-conditioning poor hotel only reason I stayed there is that Düsseldorf was fully booked

Strange hotel, more like a conference centre

During Medica, hotel had no restaurant open on the day we arrived. Reception staff very unhelpful in getting a taxi and had 2 hours wait for one, with staff reluctant to help.

Comfortable, clean and exceeded expectations

I needed a hotel room as a place to sleep and shower, and the Commundo ticked all the boxes. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the place was immaculately clean and whilst the room was basic it was comfortable and exactly what I needed. I had transport, so it didn't matter that it was not near the centre of the town. The breakfast was included and the selection was good. I would definitely go there again.

It has all the essentials

I found this hotel to be a little off the beaten track in not a great area. We only stayed at this hotel as everything in Dusseldorff was booked for a trade show. The hotel however was basic but very clean, it had bais breakfast an a bar in the evening. If you looking for a budget hotel with no frills then this one wont disappoint.

Basic but Good

The hotel is more of a study type accommodation, like dorm rooms. However it had everything you needed although basic. The rooms had lockable cupboards for you personal stuff which I found useful and good showers. This was not plush but very functional. As for the location its a bit out and nothing nearby, but as I was dinning in Dusseldorf most evenings, this wasnt an issue and a taxi was 20 euros each way.

Nice Business Hotel in Neuss

Short 5 minutes bus ride from Neuss station so easy to get to. Suitable for business stay with clean rooms, free internet (wired) in room, WiFi available at cost.

Great hotel to use when Big Exhibition on

This hotel is great value when a major exhibition is on. Easy to get to and from Neuss HbF by bus or taxi. Clean and well appointed rooms.

I had no difficulty to reach Dusseldorf city center,although it is 30 km away. Stuff very kind. Nice breakfast. Quick check in and check out

This is not a hotel. It's a training facility.

The set up of this place is like a boarding school dormitory. I had to walk for 5 minutes in the open air to get to the room in a remote building. The flooring is all tile and very cold in the fall and winter. There hearing system is fan coil. I could not turn it on and nobody was picking up the phone when I called the reception desk. The location is not close to city; however, it's in a beautiful garden, the rooms are very clean, and they sieve a fantastic complementary breakfast.

More of a Conferance centre

The hotel is very strange and more of a Conferance centre, but whilst the rooms are a long way from reception they are clean and comfortable.The sroounding area is very quite and some distance from the centre of Neuss and a € 25 taxi drive to Dusseldorf.

The only concern aboru this hotel is the distance from the train station. You have to take a taxi or a bus to get the train station, it is not within a walking distance.
