The winter cold air invites you to a hot tub in the courtyard (shared with main home), then a nice warm and comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and many cooking essentials. A keurig coffee pot is provided with coffee, and welcome snacks are supplied, along with a large counter top oven that will fit a full sized pizza, a plug in skillet and indoor grill, a microwave and large refrigerator for longer stays. A separate private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and dresser to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is modern and a hot shower awaits. Relax and watch your favorite show on the smart T.V. - FREE STARLINK WIFI. This is an apartment on the back side of a larger home. You have a private entrance. 29 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort. Close to grocery shopping and food options in Springville or Eagar, within a 5 minute drive. NOTE: Each guest must be able to comfortably go up and down steps to get to the apartment. Not wheelchair accessible.
