Would stay here again!

Very friendly, and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, and room. Great location, with a decent restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. It’s always a nice touch to be able to eat off regular plates and drink from coffee mugs, rather than paper plates and cups while traveling.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times now. Both times have been great. The rooms are clean and comfy. Lots to choose from for breakfast! We even had a chance to use the pool this time and that was very nice! No hot tub though.

I was not given the room I booked. Brandy was very nice and put me in a King 1 bedroom but truthfully I needed the extra bed. I would have booked a different hotel had I known in advance. I spent extra money on the room and would like part of refunded

I like that the property is pet friendly, but it is WAY too expensive to have my dog with me. It was also not great that I was moved out of my double queen room for a king with a pull out without notice. This was our second stay. I am glad it is clean, but it is soooo expensive. Probably will not stay again.

I have stayed at this location a handful of times. It’s always a nice stay. The customer service is great. There are a number of dining options within walking distance and it’s easy to get just about anywhere in the Lansing area from here. It’s our go to hotel in Lansing.

Unsatisfied customer of Hyatt House East Lansing

My room was canceled (not by me) and I was rebooked/moved to an “upgrade” at the adjoining AC hotel from the front desk desk staff from Hyatt house. Now that I look at everything… Hyatt house and AC hotel are not the same company. So all Hyatt house did was had us at the marriott because they had a room available. The upgrade was an actual degrade from our studio suite to a normal two bed room. Awful job Hyatt House! The front desk staff was nice but didn’t resolve anything. I am very disappointed in both properties. This inconvenienced our family in a huge way and was told that the manager would get a hold of us and it never happened. Our MSU children could no longer stay with us and we missed social events with our friends that we booked our Hyatt room with because we were trying to deal with the room downgrade and canceled room situation. When I tried to check in early at Hyatt house on Saturday they told me that my room wasn’t ready/available yet. I explained that we were going to the football game and asked if I could park. I was given a parking permit to put on my dash board. So I clearly had a reservation at 12pm what happened??
