Interesting concept for a hotel. They use 1 clerk for all hotels via a kiosk check in process. No maid service unless you are checking out, thus stayovers are hunting up their own replacements for towels, sheets, pillows, soaps etc..... On the up side, the hotel is very new, clean and neat. The beds are comfortable, The price is reasonable. Will I stay again.......depending on the situation yes

I truly enjoyed my stay at WoodSprings Suites.. The staff, housekeepers and, maintenance crew are excellent.. I’ve never stayed in an extended stay with a stovetop, dishwasher with dishes, large fridge in it.. It gives home vibes.. It’s so clean and I have so much peace being here. I would definitely recommend this place..

The bathroom was full of hair, I had to disinfect it myself. My son and I tried to go purchase cookware around 5:30, and was told someone would bring it to the room. No one ever came and there were no staff to assist on site.
