Christmas getaway

The place itself was nice. They are obviously doing some updates to the building. The biggest downfall was the pool area was completely shutdown. We were hoping for a family chill day at pool upon arrival and that did not happen.

Great place

Just spend my vacation in. P.R last week in this property and I'll recommend 100 %. Very clean place, AC in every room and the Owner was always available to answer any questions. I will stay at this property again no doubt. Property is close to everything.

Nothing Special

Finding and accessing the property was a problem. Poor communication of location and access prior to arrival on site. With no street names or property numbers on the street and no pictures of the property from the street, finding the property is "a hunt". Once we made contact with the host confidence increased but with good communication early and sufficient information about locating the specific property no contact with the host would be needed. We would not stay there again.

Good apartment in a recovering complex.

The apartment itself was great for us. The laundry was especially appreciated. The kitchen was basic but functional. The apartment was clean and the beds and bathrooms were good. We had a little problem getting the gate code to work when we checked in, but Carlos was quick to respond and we weren't delayed. For us, the main purpose of this apartment was as a home base as we went out to other activities and it worked great for that. It is of course adjacent to the marina, but you need to drive for pretty much all other things. Parking was easy and the complex was safe with onsite security. But it is important to note that the complex is still recovering from previous damage. While we were there they were repairing the exterior concrete of the building we were in and were prepping it to paint so there was a lot of banging going on during the day but the workers were good friendly guys. The majority of the units appeared empty while we were there. The pool was clean but is very rough with tiles broken, chairs broken, etc. So, if you're looking for a good home base, which we were, I highly recommend this property. If you are looking for something closer to a resort experience, that is not what this complex currently is. Hopefully, someday it will be back to its obvious former glory and we look forward to going back then!

Great location

This condo is close to the rainforest, bioluminescent bay, ferry to Culebra and great beaches. We didn’t use the pool since we went to the beach. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. The complex is older but the inside of the apartment has been updated very nicely. Keep food in the refrigerator to avoid the little bugs of the island. I was nothing crazy because it is very clean in the house but we did learn to keep everything in the frig. Carlos was very easy to get ahold of during our stay, which was very helpful.

Puerto Rico visit

The property was really nice and clean. It was centrally located to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Mr Rosado was very attentive to texts that I sent him and was even nice enough to text me NFL playoff scores (i couldn't operate the TV loll). This is actually a place that I would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality. Puerto Rico was the bomb diggity!

Awesome stay

Fajardo stay

Everything went as planned, the owner helped me check in with ease. The place was clean and had many items left for us to use (cooler, beach chairs, etc.) The only thing that was a negative was the pool could not be used, but that was NO FAULT to the owner. This was due to COVID-19 precautions. Thank you. We would stay here again.

The facility was in good conditions with clean rooms and A/C. The only concern was the maintenance outdoors. The appearance and conditions from the condos looks poor. Could be better.
