The room I was given smelled horrible. When asked about the smell they said a guest with a pet stayed in the room last night. I asked to switch rooms. The receptionist called the manager and I overheard the manager ask if I was a member, when they said no, they said I had to stay in the room, even though they had 7 empty rooms….after speaking to Expedia they were able to switch rooms. The new room however, had a running and very noisy toilet. But at least it didn’t smell of stinky animals.

The stay was great. The staff couldn't have been better. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning & they were friendly & helpful. Toni made check in a breeze & even texted me when I said I was going to be late to make sure I was OK. The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was good, beds comfortable. Great stay!
