Check in. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the water was hot. The beds were clean and comfortable. Never have I received this top level of service in any hotel in New jersey.

Rooms are depressing- not inviting at all. Our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, which be careful at check in -$50 deposit for “smoking” damage/smell. I denied that room as to not be charged for smoke smell that wasn’t ours. The hotel Is right next to a recovery clinic so we saw a few sketchy people around the hotel property asking for cigarettes and money. The bathroom towels are so hard not soft. I would not stay here again.

I have to start off by pointing out how helpful and friendly the staff is! Room condition needs a lot of improvement. It smelled like stale cigarettes and bathroom was dingy and did not seem very clean. The ceiling had some type of splatter on it and the tub was dirty looking with stains and tears in the shower curtain. The bathroom mirror was distorted and the lighting was poor. The sheets had a huge burn hole and other stains. The one outlet by the bed did not work and the lighting in the room was all overhead and dim. Paint and new bed/bath linen would really go a long way. It was obvious that it was really just age that caused a lot of these issues, so without turning to come off harsh, minor upgrades could really go a long way.
