To add to an ideal seaside holiday, the off-street parking, flat access, and fully fenced yard will not only allow your boat to be securely parked but also your favorite family member (Sorry kids but the canines always win) will have a safe large yard to run around in.
Backing onto reserve/park with play equipment, the kids will be fully entertained!
