Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash MUST be in trash bags and put in designated trash cans at the top of the driveway. IF ANY UNBAGGED TRASH IS IN CANS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $150!
Wash all towels and started in dryer before departure. Dishwasher must be loaded and started upon departure. Leave your bed linens on the beds!

Lovely lake home

We’ve stayed in this area for years and this was by far our favorite home. The home is in a quiet and wooded neighborhood. Home right on the lake. Wonderful back porch that has a continuous lake breeze so you never get too hot. The home is laid out very well. Overall my favorite was how perfectly clean the home was. Top to bottom excellently kept.
