Can’t fault the hotel, the staff were welcoming helpful and courteous. The rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. 5* breakfast serving an array of goods to suit every plate. Thank you for a wonderful stay we’ll definitely be booking again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful! The beds were the BEST ever! (and I’m not exaggerating!) We had prosecco at check in! Best hotel for me! I recommend and will be coming back next time I visit Edinburgh.

Great room and excellent staff. Only issue was there was a LOT of noise from building and refurbishment works from early on Saturday morning. Bit disappointing and did detract from the the otherwise very good experience.

Hotel well located within walking distance of the old town and very close to Waverley train station. Room was clean & modern. Good coffee facilities in the room & a couple of bottles of water provided everyday which was a nice touch. The only complaint we had was that when we went to check-in at 3pm we were informed the room was not ready yet - which was frustrating as we had evening plans that we needed to get ready for. We had to wait in the reception area to be called for our room to be ready. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
