Fantastic Stay

Everything from arrival to check-out was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was super friendly, champagne on arrival (which we were allowed to check in very early), bar on the 7th floor was very nice, and in a very good spot in the city. Market Street Hotel is a fantastic place to stay.

Solo trip at The Market Street Hotel

I traveled from the United States alone as a young woman for business and ended up extending my trip to enjoy some time in Edinburgh. I could not have picked a better hotel! The location was absolutely magical and made everything about my trip so much more convenient, the service was excellent from start to finish. Their breakfast was amazing, the champagne lounge was to die for and most importantly their staff was caring and knowledgeable about the area and insured my comfort throughout my stay.

A very friendly welcome, helpful staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room, although awful view. Great view from the bar. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very convenient for tours of Edinburgh.
