This was the perfect location if you want to be in the center of it all! it was very walkable to dining and shopping and to popular landmarks. The staff was very friendly and changed our room after we realized that their standard king isn’t actually a king by USA standards. So since I went with my sister they moved us to a very large room with two Twin comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the little perks like complementary snacks, beverages (even alcohol) and coffee and tea. Overall I would recommend 10/10 if you’re staying in Edinburgh!

Location is ideal, close to everything. Breakfast is very good with a daily cup of champagne, with an amazing view on the city. Room is very comfortable with free mini-bar refiles everyday. First time I see a Dyson hair dryer and ghd in a hotel! You are welcomed with a class if champagne, and you can also enjoy another one on the terrasse once per stay. Lovely stay!

Great hotel

Great location across from railway station. We were on a room only basis so no idea about food but the loft bar is fabulous. Quiet at night, comfy bed! Good shower. Clean. Complimentary mini bar very useful especially fresh milk for the morning cuppa. Will stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, close to public transportation and right in between the old town and the new areas so extremely walkable. Staff was super friendly and our room was clean and quiet. The bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get out of bed every morning.

extremely well thought out, customer service forward property(and also just stunning). im talking dyson blow dryers and everything in your room is free, AND RESTOCKED. they had me at coffee bar in each room (yes and the milk is restocked). across the street from the train, and up some steps to the royal mile. but on an extremely quiet street. dont even bother looking at other hotels. this is it.

Very glad we stayed. Large room, good quality furniture and fittings, comfy bed (the look of the mattress might be disconcerting as it’s so thin but don’t worry it’s great!), good pressure in the shower. The complimentary minibar and snacks are by far the best I’ve had, and we enjoyed a glass of champagne when we arrived. Very friendly concierge. Right next to where the airport buses drop you off in town. A light was flickering in our room when we arrived but this was soon put right. Our only suggestion would be for something to hang on the doors to show we are happy to go without having our towels changed. The hotel could be more eco friendly in that respect, as it wasn’t necessary to change all of our towels after 1 night in a 2 night stay.

Excellent hotel in great central location. Couldnt fault it in anyway. Very modern hotel,with nice well appointed rooms. Spotlessly clean and great bed. Welcome glass of champagne, another complimentary one in the rooftop bar, and again with breakfast. Complimentary bar in room with snacks, And nice breakfast. Go to Edinburgh regularly and will definitely be our first choice of hotel again.

Amazing location being in Edinburgh, would def stay again. The room was perfect for what I needed as well as breakfast being included was a plus. The only and biggest downfall is the parking is a NIGHTMARE. I was driving a Hyundai Kona and the parking garage they suggested the entrance was so skinny I couldn’t get my car in without risking damaging it. While I understand that is a “me issue” I wish the property would communicate beforehand multiple parking options for their guests. I only knew about the one because after driving around for an hour looking I finally called them. I ended up parking in another garage connected to another hotel. If I didn’t have such a great experience in every other aspect I would consider staying elsewhere but I HIGHLY recommend this property.
