Great rooms, ample storage, amenities and space, feels like a studio apartment with the kitchenette included. The bathroom & room were super clean, staff was very responsive and friendly. And the location was great too! Not too far away from the main attractions, in a quieter neighbourhood. Checking in & out was very smooth! Would highly recommend, only drawback is that the tram and bus connectivity is a short walk away.

The location is great and very central and walkable from Edinburgh city center, bus stops and other places to see. The apartment was very modern and equipped with all the required amenities. Breakfast options were limited- mostly grab and go items and not a hot-food buffet

I arrived at 20:30 and a member of staff informed me that I should go to their other building as my room is there. After some back and forth they found my reservation and gave me the key. This wouldn't have been a big problem as mistakes happen. However, the drain was blocked which I had to report (and it was fixed the following day). There was no attention to details when it comes to cleaning. There was spilled fluid in the microwave and the kettle had residue of a black (burnt) fluid at the bottom. Also in the morning during checkout there was only one member of staff (making coffees for breakfast) and facilitating the checking out process. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel located near central tourist attractions. Nice, comfy, spacious rooms, safe and excellent customers service. Clean, hot showers and heaters working properly!!! The only thing that what not 5 ⭐️ is because noises when shuts rooms doors. Thanks Edinburgh people!!! Had a great, friendly and lovely time!!!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. One of the highlights was the **surprise waiting for us in the room**—such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel genuinely appreciated. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly ask for. We were especially impressed with all the essentials provided, including a **microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer**, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Excellent!! We cannot fault it! The room was spacious and functional for our family of four. The washer and dryer are super efficient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent… Edinburgh is very tourist friendly and very walkable. We got to Edinburgh castle from the hotel in 12min (fast pace walk) Overall, I’d happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone

Nice, central location in Edinburgh

This hotel was a quick 10 minute walk from everything. There is no real parking available (small 4 spot lot that was always occupied) so you do have to park off-site. The room was good, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities.

The hotel was okay. The management team are brutal. I made a mistake in my booking (one day earlier than we were to arrive), so asked to cancel so I could rebook. There was a no cancellation policy, which I was aware of, but their response made it seem like I could just rebook. So I ended up rebooking for 2 nights. One of those nights was included in my cancelled booking. So I ended up paying for the same night twice. After multiple requests to get a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined. Even though they told me it was cancelled and I could rebook. Had I known they weren't going to allow me to cancel, I would have just kept the original booking and then added another night to the end of the stay.

A happy stay to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Fantastic location. Rooms are nice enough. There is no daily clean but we quite liked this. Very pleasant staff - accommodating and welcoming.
