Nice hotel with good rooms and room service. Staff weren’t that friendly or present. Main problem is the room was above the local KFC so it smelled of fried chicken all weekend. Also the room was very hot and air con didn’t work so we had to open the window. This meant we were woken up by drunk people scoffing their KFC every night between around 1030pm - 2 am. Not ideal.

Huge breakfast

Hotel in a good location close to most attractions,Quite expensive to stay here,we paid £1140.00 for 4 nights for one room including breakfast.The best things are the Monsoon shower in the room and the Huge Breakfast

Ten Hill Place is basic, but fine for a short stay. The facility is clean and the staff is nice. It’s on a quiet street but close to the Royal Mile. It seems a bit expensive for what it actually offers. I’d recommend it for very quick stays for travelers who are ok with a no-frills experience.
