Récemment rénové Rare Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Escape - Downstairs Apt Weekly

EntiÚrement rénové - Tout neuf - Une chambre complÚte, une salle de bain avec cuisine complÚte en bas, sous la maison du propriétaire. Face à l'océan sur la plage. Chaleur et air. Tout est meublé sauf la nourriture et les serviettes de plage. Les locataires ont accÚs à une grande terrasse à l'étage directement au bord de l'océan à moins de 10 marches de la plage. Une partie du pont est couverte.
Pour deux adultes seulement, NON FUMEUR, PAS D'ANIMAUX.

Les lits jumeaux peuvent ĂȘtre combinĂ©s en King, il suffit de demander.

Vous ne pouvez pas voir l'océan depuis l'intérieur de l'appartement mais pouvez sur le pont - à seulement 25 pas de l'océan depuis l'appartement.

Toujours calme et trĂšs propre.
Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes à pied de Edisto Beach State Park (parc régional). Une cuisine et un balcon sont disponibles dans cet appartement.

A piece of heaven

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week in the apartment. It was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach was so close! Just up 5 steps and there you are! The beach was beautiful and quiet for a week in July. The hosts were great and very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us!

Cozy, Clean and well laid out

This rental was everything you would want or need to have a relaxing and pleasant week for a vacation at the beach. The Sander's are wonderful hosts and helped us have a week we will remember fondly. We texted a few times and received fast response. We want to thank the Sander's for all they did for us durning our stay. Denise and I would tell anyone who considered renting the unit not to hesitate to do so. 5 stars across the board!!!!

Edisto Beach Getaway

This small one bedroom on the beach is perfect for our annual getaway. Being on the beach is very convenient and nice for early morning and late evening walks on the beach. The accommodations are small and almost feels like being on a boat. The ceiling height is low, probably around six and a half feet, but makes for a cozy retreat. We have enjoyed it for two years in a row.

Nice little place

Unit was as described. Super easy and close beach access. Owners did offer use of their deck and a couple of chairs for us to use at the beach. The unit has all the essentials one would need. The bathroom was as described though we did find it a little small. Otherwise, plenty of room and very clean. Enjoyed our time.

Everything was well taken care of. The restaurants were accessible & staff was friendly. The Sanders are lovely people. Going sightseeing anywhere beyond Edisto beach required a long drive, though.

Have stayed at this property before. Small but perfect for a couple. Everything works so no headaches. Loved the fact that we could use the deck overlooking the beach, so nice. Steve & Betty Llew are great hosts. Edisto is small & laid back but has everything you need for a relaxing stay. When we make it back to Edisto, this will be the first property we look at.

Perfect Time

We had the BEST time! Host were very helplful with checkin. Place was very clean, had all we needed to have a wonderful time. Weather was perfect, really is only a very short walk to the beach. Resturants were great! Was all Steve and Betty promised! We loved it, can't wait to go back!!

Beachfront Bliss!

This cozy apartment is very well equipped and just steps from the beach. The owners are very helpful and informative and graciously shared their upstairs deck where we watched many gorgeous sunrises. We enjoyed the charm of the old-fashioned beach cottage. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Great beach apartment

This is the second time I've stayed at the Sanders apartment. It is perfect for a couple's getaway. Steps from the beach, kitchen has everything you need and the bed was super comfy. It also has DirecTv, which we appreciated for game day. Unfortunately, hurricane Ian came close so we had to leave 2 days early. We will definitely stay here again!
