This was our third best western hotel on our week long road trip and definitely did not compare to the others. The pullout couch was broken, our room that was booked for 6 people had only 2 full sized towels. We requested an extra blanket the first night and it never came. We requested again the second night and they did eventually bring. We were charged an 11 dollar tourist fee even though we are from a province over, not another country. Breakfast wasn’t that great and didn’t have almost any grab to go eat in our room options. The pool still had no towels restocked an hour after opening. This definitely was not the most accommodating or convenient hotel to stay at with small children.

We stayed here 1.5 years ago. It was awesome, now the maintenance seems to be lacking. The shower taps were loose, bathroom light fixture looks like it could fall off. Sink was clogged and slow draining. Front staff were great.
