Hotel was largely fine, but the check in was a bit frustrating. I didn't arrive until after 5 pm, and the front door was locked, due to being outside normal business hours. Provided a note on the door to talk through an intercom or call a phone number. Unfortunately, neither worked, and I was only able to get in, as another guest saw me. At the front desk, there was a note that the clerk was away, helping another guest. About 10 minutes later, she came back, and the rest of the check in went smoothly. Basically, boils down to if you are going to have a system where the door automatically locks for security, you still require a reliable way for guests to enter and check in. Most hotels I've stayed pretty much have a desk clerk at the front desk, and when I came back after dinner around 8 pm, no one there. Rest of the hotel was nice and good location.

Hotel was a very easy location especially while dropping my son off at the U of A. Lots of room. Check in isn’t your normal as the doors are locked but once through that all good. Close to lots of restaurants. During the hear definitely not enough AC units for a two bedroom but again not enough to say don’t stay here. Will totally stay again

Good place, but security issue upon arrival was the sliding door and screen doors on both Juliet balconies were unlocked. We arrived after 10pm so it was unnerving as the street was right below our 2nd floor suite. Other than that; a good stay, very lovely having a full kitchen and amenities of home. Comfy beds. Everything was very clean, though the place is a bit dated.

Room and staff were good but the downtown area is very unsafe, our vehicle was broken into, would not recommend for bigger trucks that dont fit in underground parking.

Overall no complaints. Felt like being at home. I go drop off my bags 4 hours early to find out that my room was ready. I really appreciate that. I was getting Reno done at my condo 10 mins walk from this hotel/condo. This morning place has more than my place. Love the in room washer/dryer and shower heads with the best water pressure. Also the eco stat which controls the air conditioning, perfect because it was 30+ outside. Staff was super friendly. This place will be on the top of my mind next time I need a place or when friends/family comes visit.

We stayed in the 2 bed room 2 bath suit, the bathrooms were quiet drirty, and if you looked you could see it requires someone to do more than a quick surface clean, walls are dirty, doors, basebords, light fixtures, corners ext. However the bedding was clean and for me that was the important thing.

The rooms are so spacious and convenient. It is very clean. The beds are comfortable. Love the kitchen and laundry in the suite. TV is not user friendly sometimes. The parking area is safe as it is patrolled by security but it is a bit far from the hotel for bringing suitcases. You can park right in front for a short time.
