Casino side is nice, clean and good staff, hotel side is small rooms are OK, no where to get coffee in the morning, no front desk staff working until 9am so hard to check out, restaurant isn't open for breakfast until 930. All door are locked in the morning so must use room key

Excellent service and quality stay, I had my entire team that was down for the show to come to this hotel because the Hotel the team stayed at was further from our venue and did not hold up to the standards we are used to with a hotel.

Rude worst casino yet

Rude staff made everyt h ing hard including when accide tly left room key in room had to run dow. To grab the food and forgot tje key refused to let the other guest go in elevators made me get out of the bath to go into the lobby and pick him up like a child. Ladies at desk rude and unaccomidating
