Definite need of a deep clean - room

The overall impression of Chateau Lacombe is good. Upon entering our room, we found garbage behind the bedside table and the carpet edges have not been vacuumed around the room or behind the beds in a long while.

Loved our stay!!! Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable., we had a lovely meal in the revolving restaurant, and had the buffet breakfast (breakfast was ice cold and it was 22$ per person) would have the breakfast again

Property is always a good place to bring kids and family they have safe parking for smaller vehicles and overall good experience! Nice views it is a shame they no longer do cash deposits so it is limited to the guests that can go there

There was police around the property and they cordoned off the area to the side of the hotel and there were homeless around the property not too far away and parking was not even included in there, separate parking payment.

The staff were absolutely lovely. It is hard to find a hotel these days that offers this level of comfort, service, and quality. I love the classic style and was unexpectedly thrilled at how welcoming they were to both my dogs and I - there is even a little green space right outside the courtyard for them to relieve themselves. A wonderful little gem - smack dab downtown! The beds are very comfortable and the restaurant upstairs is an upscale experience.
