Reasonable value

Quiet, comfortable, aging, good location close to but not in centre, great front desk service, no room service, not well deoderized from all those years of smoking. North tower is the older economy building No breakfast.

Not great

The room looks unkempt, it may be clean but it’s hard to say. It looks dated and things are in disrepair so it feels like it’s dirty. The mattresses are probably 20 years old, I pulled the sheets off to check for bugs and noticed how old the mattress looks, the carpet is gross and seems to be coming up and wrinkling, with many stains. Tiles in the bathroom are coming off. The wall paper in the bathroom is wrinkled and coming off the wall. There is no plug in the bathroom sink. To keep the room cool, because there is no AC, we opened the window and left it open all night but there was no screen to keep bugs/mosquitios out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is worn out. The pillows were of poor quality, the drain in the sower was plugged with hair, the toilet seat was almost falling off, and the heating/cooling system in the room was poor.

My key card didn’t work both days I was there, I had to go get it fixed each time and being on the 15th floor it took anywhere from 15-20min to get down the elevator because of how slow it was The room was hot as hell and the air conditioning was louder than a jet engine On top of that there was a dog in the room across from mine that barked at literally every single sound you made And the convention of drunk and high natives occupying every single corner of the hotel made it for a very pleasant stay Asked to speak to a manager and was denied and told too bad
