Came into town and choose here as a central place to spread some ashes. Stayed in the double Queen with a pullout. Room was small and cramped for the cost per night. I can say the breakfast was enjoyed by all and the staff were very friendly.

Perfect location lots of options around

Hotel was great! Great location, 35 min easy walk to the mall, we walked to and from the mall two days. super Walmart and liquor store amongst other shops and fast food directly behind the hotel. Amazing restaurant 2 min walk from hotel- Homefire grill. Great food and drinks and amazing waitress Stacey. Hot tub and pool area were good. Gym was excellent. Very well equipped. Continental breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options and always hot, full and fresh. Rooms were good size, floor could’ve used a better vacuum but we don’t sit in the floor so didn’t really bother us. Very friendly staff. Nothing negative to say. The quiet signs out out at night in the hallways were appreciated.

They have the latest pancake machine, you don't do anything but press a button and wait one minute for 2 hot fluffy and light pancakes to fall out and the best tasting too. Very comfortable breakfast area. They have tea and coffee available anytime. If ever you ask for anything they are really great at responding rapidly. I had a great time with my family and would choose this hotel again. I highly recommend this place and it is literally 2 minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall...and so many other stores near by.

I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express before, so it follows a certain format. Not a bad stay, just that you can't call it a value for money for a city like Edmonton.

While most of the facility was fine, the hot tub never worked, and the breakfast had issues such as old stale muffins and such, and the bed was quite stiff This by no means a bad review. Everything else was great, I will highly consider using them again
