The room was clean and well provisioned. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was well provisioned with many choices and changed a bit every day so there was variety.

Lack of billing transparency. Booked a pet friendly room as website stated Dogs Allowed. Was not informed of an additional $100 fee!! Were only advised upon check in. Front desk staff were terrible. Asked to have the room cancelled and money refunded so we could find a hotel with a reasonable pet fee front desk staff were rude and refused to assist. No supervisor or manager available for more than two hours! We’re given the choice of walking away from the $165 we paid for the room or paying the extra $100. Absolutely ridiculous.

The room was great, the staff were mostly exceptional. The big issue we had was the bathroom door is a sliding, frosted glass partition. Bathroom privacy is definitely a priority in any hotel, especially with multiple people staying in a room. Put a real door on a bathroom!
